Our houseboat

Our beloved old motor sailing yacht

is located in one of the most popular

Marina on the Andalusian coast,

in Almerimar.

There are two bedrooms, a large one

with a 1.60x2m double bed and small

bathroom, with toilet and shower, in the rear.

In the bow is the smaller sleeping

room with either two single beds or

a double bed.

The houseboat has a spacious living area

with a comfortable seating and dining area and the

kitchen. Aswell as three sun decks with wonderful views -

even with a view of the highest mountain in Spain in

background. Everything is fully and lovingly furnished.

An exceptional vacation home for up to 4 adults or a family with children (8+ years ). This property is perfect for simply relaxing on the water in the picturesque harbor, offering a truly relaxing atmosphere, or for an active vacation with numerous on-site sports activities (such as diving, windsurfing, horseback riding on the beach, pedal car rentals, a 27-hole golf course, etc.).

The "Punta Entinas" nature reserve is about a 20-minute walk away and stretches for approximately 12 kilometers along the beach. In addition to the beautiful natural beach, there is also a saltwater lake with flamingos to explore. A canoe for two people is on board and can be used upon request.

Around the harbor you can stroll through various restaurants, cafes & bars as you please.

Shops for everyday needs are within a 5-minute walk from the boat.

An hour's drive away are the Sierra Nevada, La Alpujarra with their picturesque white villages, and Cabo de Gata, also a nature reserve with many beautiful beaches and charming towns. Europe's only semi-desert (Tabernas) and the Mini-Holywood Western Park are also about an hour away by car.
